Looking to learn more about the health and care landscape in the South West?
If you have attended one of the previous Smartline Introduction to Spreading and Scaling sessions, then you will have already received an overview of the Model for Unleashing Large Scale Change developed by global change agency, the Billions Institute. This workshop gives you the basis to really get your teeth into the Model for Unleashing, which is the focus of our Smartline Spread Workshops. These workshops are more in depth and each one has a particular focus, with topics including:
Setting clear and compelling aims to match your ambitions for change
Planning for spread and developing 90-day work plans
Expanding your methods and tools to enable change
Using data in a way which propels spread
Understanding and managing the barriers to spread
Working positively in teams and openly with other people
This workshop is being hosted by South West Academic Health and Science Network (SWAHSN) and in partnership with Smartline.
How can I register?
Who should attend?
If you have a digital health product or service that you are looking to spread then this session is for you, and while there will be a focus on spreading Cornish innovations, innovators from across the South West are welcome.
Is enterprise support available?
As an open event, any enterprise or person is welcome to attend, however those that are eligible, Smartline will claim as an enterprise supported by the ERDF Smartline Project.
